What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Purchase and return policy
The refund and return policies described below are the general policies. Individual products may have special refund and return policies that deviate from these general policies.
All physical products are delivered “as-is”, as described on the respective product pages.
Physical products are normally not refundable or returnable once delivered, unless where stated below. Right of withdrawal within the European Union
By EU law, if you are a resident of a EU member country (or Norway or Iceland) you have a right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving the physical product that is bought online, as long as the product costs more than 400 SEK. In case of non-physical products and services, the 14 days starts from the moment of purchase.

Special terms and conditions regarding cultural and sport events
We apply a no refund policy for cultural and sport events that are sold on this platform unless otherwise noted. This means that if the event is cancelled due to any factor which we cannot control (weather, health, security etc.) we will not refund the entry fee. However, we may offer a change in ticket to another event, or offer a voucher of the same value good for future purchases.
For packages, flights and accommodation, we reserve the right to increase or decrease the price at any time, including after you book, depending on price variation from suppliers.
If you purchased a package that includes both an event and an accommodation or flight, you are entitled to a refund if we cancel your package due to extraordinary circumstances (health, security etc.) Additionally, please read the EU261 provisions for compensation for cancelled or delayed flights from/to/within the EU.
